What Service Do I Provide?

I utilize my collaboration and customer service skills to interact with customers and work toward fulfilling their technical needs. At Impinj, I solve help desk requests with a 100% customer satisfaction rate and use my project management skills to lead and contribute to technical and data projects.

In my side projects, I develop and manage web-based applications that are both functional and user-centered. Additionally, as a Managing Editor for UW's iSchool's iJournal, I apply my leadership skills to manage an editing team, ensuring high-quality content that bridges technology with the humanities.

Methodology

I take an Agile, user-centered approach to development and problem-solving. I aim to solve problems rather than search for solutions. I am detail-oriented and organized, and I always strive to complete tasks as efficiently and attentively as possible.

My Design Process

• Understand the Problem – Determine user needs, research existing solutions, and gather project requirements

• Design and Prototype – Create wireframes and mockups using Figma and Adobe Photoshop

• Develop – Implement technical solutions

• Test and Improve – Refine based on feedback and multiple phases of user testing

• Deploy and Maintain – Ensure  security and usability while taking continuous feedback into account
